Make smart moves with Flovi

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team for the summer, primarily to cover holiday absences in our finance team. The preferred start date is already in early June, but there is some flexibility. We will fill the position as soon as we find a suitable candidate.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will support the daily finance operations of the company. The work is process-driven and includes routine tasks that require accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing purchase invoices and supporting accounts payable

• Supporting sales invoicing

• Handling expense claims and performing basic checks

• Assisting with reconciliations and other recurring finance tasks

Note: This role does not include analytical, development, or strategic responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying or has completed a degree in business, accounting, or a vocational qualification, or is at the beginning of their career

• Is specifically interested in hands-on, routine finance work

• Is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to complete tasks accurately

• Is able to work fluently in both Finnish and English (Spanish or Polish would be an advantage)

The finance team is primarily based in downtown Tampere. The role can also be based at our Vantaa office, provided you can visit Tampere, especially at the beginning. Partly remote work is possible, but we expect on-site presence during the onboarding phase.
